PlanToys ensures the maximize use of natural resources and creates minimum to zero waste throughout the production process. PlanToys uses reclaimed rubberwood from rubber trees that no longer produce latex to produce solid wood and plywood for toy production. PlanToys also upcycles leftover sawdust to produce PlanWood, a unique material that allows them to design toys with dynamic shapes. In addition, when PlanWood toys are coated with a non-toxic water-based lacquer, the wooden toys can be played with in water!
