Shipping policy
Our goal is to provide the best and most fair service we can afford. At times we will need to adjust our policies to better serve our customers. Please read our current policies prior to placing an order.
Shipping Promotions
All free or reduced shipping promotions apply to the contiguous United States only. Unfortunately we are unable to extend these promotions to bulk items, and certain items shipping from overseas. Customers will still see shipping costs at checkout for orders over the advertised thresholds in these cases.
Order Placement
Once your order is placed, it is sent to fulfillment and we are unable to process changes to your order. Once at fulfillment, we cannot accept cancellations, or make any changes, substitutions or alterations to your order. Please be sure when placing your order that you are sure you’d like to place an order. You may return or exchange your order once you receive it.
Shipping Timeline
Please note that most orders to the contiguous United States will be delivered within an estimated 7 business days or less. We sell items sourced from around the globe, and occasionally inventory will be shipped from oversees, which still generally arrives in about a week, but may occasionally take up to 2-3 weeks. Our items ship from multiple fulfillment centers and orders may ship in multiple shipments. Orders cannot be expedited at this time.
*Please be aware that we are not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries. We have no control over how long your customs office holds onto your package. We are not responsible for packages beyond the place of entry.
International Orders
Shipping promotions are not valid for orders outside of the contiguous United States.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to us or one of our vendors due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer. You may email hello@petitemerri.com if you made a mistake and we will attempt to remedy, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so before an order is processed.
Package Refusals
If a package is refused at delivery and is returned to us or one of our vendors, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as a 50% restocking fee.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. You may email hello@petitemerri.com and we will attempt to remedy, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
Out of Stock Delay
In the event a popular item sells out quickly, we may experience an oversell error on one or more items. When this happens we will determine approximately when the item will be back in stock and offer you the option to wait or receive a full refund.
